Here is an example for a schedule composed of six training sessions:

Session 2

  • Monitoring of the main exercises, auditory order threshold and directional hearing.
  • Comparison with the last training session, analysis, and review of improvements.
  • Detailed training of the pitch, reaction, and possibly rhythm exercises.
  • Review of the customized training schedule.
  • Scheduling the next training session.
 

Session 3

  • Monitoring of the exercises, auditory threshold, directional hearing, pitch, reaction, possibly rhythm
  • Comparison with the last training session, analysis, and review of improvements
  • Detailed training of pitch and duration exercise.
  • Review of the customized training schedule
  • Scheduling the next training session.
 

Session 4

  • Monitoring of the exercises, auditory order threshold, directional hearing, pitch, reaction, rhythm, pitch and duration.
  • Comparison with the last training session, analysis, and review of improvements.
  • Review of the customized training schedule.
  • Homework: where do you have less difficulty hearing, what do you hear differently than before, spontaneous improvements?
  • Fine-tuning of the guided training.
  • Scheduling the next training session.
 

Session 5

  • Monitoring of the exercises, auditory threshold, directional hearing, pitch, reaction, meter, pitch and duration
  • Comparison with the last training session, analysis, and review of improvements.
  • Homework-review.
  • Detailed training of the seeing clock exercise (in addition to auditory threshold).
  • Review of the customized training schedule.
  • Scheduling the next training session.
 

Session 6

  • Final monitoring including a detailed report of all exercises.
  • Comparison of current hearing with the hearing state before training started.
